Offering hours that can cater for all suitable applicants needs, we now wish to speak to applicants living in or near the towns of Blaenau ffestiniog, Porthmadog and Penrhyndeudraeth.

 

Full Time (37.5hrs p/w )

Rate: £7.55 – £10.05

Job description:

To provide care, help & support to a range of service users in their own home.

Your role will be to enable the service user to remain and live  independently at home for as long possible, supporting them with activities of daily living.

The level of assistance you will provide the service user with will depended upon individual care needs and specific care plan requirements.

Your duties will involve help and support with Personal Care tasks that can include:

  • Dressing/Undressing
  • Bathing/Showering
  • Toilet assistance,
  • Oral hygiene care
  • Night Duty Awake/Sleep service
  • Prompting Medication

A further care & support service may be required and this can include domestic duties such as:

  • Meal Preparation
  • House Cleaning
  • Laundry
  • Shopping
  • Companionship
