This service, provided by professional Care Workers, will enable the individual to do what they can for themselves and will help to assist with those other daily tasks or activities that we often take for granted.

Complex Care at Home
Cymorth Llaw Health Care at Home is a professional, commissioned led service (Local Health board and Local Authority) provided to individuals within their home by a team of specifically trained, competent care workers. This service is led in the community by a senior district nurse or a lead social worker. This service delivers all the essentials of care, from supporting the very basic individual needs through to performing those tasks and duties that are required from a specialist care service.
