All our staff must complete a thorough selection & vetting process prior to employment, including completion of an enhanced Disclosure, Barring Service check and having satisfactory refences.

Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) – The regulatory body that inspects all care services across Wales, which inspects providers of care and commissioners every 2 years. Cymorth Llaw Ltd has never received a single recommendation for improvement or Notice of non-compliance since the company started in May 2000.

Leading from the front – We employ Senior care workers who are highly active in the community and who are constantly evaluating your care needs. Our Senior staff are highly experienced, knowledgeable and are completely understanding of individual requirements when planning your bespoke care package.

Workforce Development – We invest greatly into the training, development and support of our Care Workers. Cymorth Llaw Ltd provides our Care Workers with all the required mandatory training, knowledge and qualifications they need to deliver high quality care at home. Care workers are also supported in the registration process for Social Care Wales (SCW).

Environment of Learning – Most of our training is conducted from our purpose built and award winning Care Worker Training Centre, based at Parc Menai Business Park in Bangor, Gwynedd.
