Domiciliary Care Service
Cymorth Llaw Ltd provides an in home service that caters for the individual needs of the client. This could be you or a loved one. The aim of our service is to always promote independence and maintain a persons dignity, providing day to day help that allows you or a loved one to be cared for at home for as long as possible.
We dedicate ourselves to providing care to a varied adult client group throughout North West Wales. This service is tailored around the individual needs of the client, through a service that is reliable, sensitive, supportive, highly confidential and responsive, and we’re here 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Firstly we will look at the care requirement of the client by conducting a care assessment.This will be performed by one of our professionally trained area managers. We look at the individuals needs and match the care requirements with the skills and character traits of our carers.
The service we provide is both Personal and Practical and consists of help with:

Domestic Tasks
The type of care packages we provide is dependent upon the requirements of the person being cared for. Those that use our excellent service do vary but can consist of ;

Older People

People with physical difficulties

People with chronic illnesses

People who may be terminally ill

People who may be convalescing

People suffering from sensory difficulties

People with learning disability
The length and duration of the care we provide can also vary. We provide Short Term care, Companionship & Convalescent care and High Dependency care to those with more intensive needs.
The duration of the care consist of Hourly Day visits as well as Night Duty visits that are split into:

Night Awake - a sleeping in service for persons requiring frequent attention during the night

Night Asleep - a sleeping in service for persons requiring up to 3 ‘wake ups’ during the night.
