Cymorth Llaw Ltd is a family run company based in Bangor, North West Wales. Established by former nurse Janice Hogg and providing a domiciliary care service to a varied adult group throughout the authorities of Gwynedd, Ynys Môn and Conwy, the company has established an excellent reputation for delivering care in the home throughout the region.

Starting from a small office at the home of Mrs. Hogg with only one carer, 6 years later the company now operates from a purpose built facility in Parc Menai Business Park, Bangor.

Our ever increasing workforce strives every day to provide the best service possible, meeting the direct needs of the people we serve.

All staff work to a strict code of conduct to meet the standards set by our governing body, The Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales (CSIW). All staff members are checked against the national Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) prior to employment.

The company is a full member of the UKHCA and is recognised as an Investor in People.

At Cymorth Llaw Ltd we offer a range of ‘at home’ services that cater for the individual needs of the client and their family. We provide a service that will promote independence and maintain a persons dignity, providing day to day help and support that allows you or a loved one to be cared for at home for as long as possible, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Personal Care

Help and support with all the day to day personal tasks that are often taken for granted. These include help with bathing, washing, dressing, toileting and other personal care duties.

High Dependency Care

Specialist care and support for clients who are either recuperating from an operation or illness, or suffering from severe injury and/or chronic illness.

Night Care

A care service that provides help and support throughout the night, either awake or asleep.

Rapid Response

Care and support at short notice for you or a loved one.

Dementia Care

Care of individuals suffering with dementia.

Palliative Care

Highly specialised care and support for persons suffering with serious and complex illness.

Respite Care

Providing a vital support service to the pre-existing main carer, enabling rest and recuperation.

Care Services for Children

Offering all the above services to children and their families within their home.

Domestic Services

Help with day to day house keeping activities that not only include meal preparation, washing, cleaning, bed making and Ironing; but also collection of benefits and pensions, collection of prescriptions and house hold shopping

Care Services for Holiday Makers

Providing Care Services for Clients whom are vacationing in North West Wales, private and Social Service funded.
