16 in a row for Cymorth Llaw!

Inspection report –

Cymorth Llaw recently underwent it’s annual inspection for the provision of Home Care services by the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW), the governing body who regulate the delivery of care services for the nation.

The inspection took place on announced basis at the agency’s head office and Care Worker Training Centre at Parc Menai business park in Bangor, and the agency was inspected against the theme of ‘quality of life.

The report was outstanding and as a result Cymorth Llaw has now achieved 16 consecutive inspections reports (one for every year of service delivery) without the need for any service improvement recommendations at all.

Director Craig Hogg said “It’s very pleasing to read that yet again CSSIW believe the level of care we offer here at Cymorth Llaw is of a very high standard indeed.

“The people of North Wales can be confident in the fact that as an agency Cymorth Llaw will continue to provide them or their loved ones with an excellent level of service, delivering care that is timely, managed properly, quality driven, meeting their direct care need.

“Our staff are exceptional and the level of training and support provided to them is genuinely unrivalled. We feel that this report again gives a real indication of the level of service we are able to offer people.”

Craig added, “I’ve said it before, we have never been the sort of firm to enter into every single care award going, we are just not motivated by things like that. But 16 years of service provision with 16 excellent inspection reports does say much.

“We will always strive to be better at what we do and we will always remain focused on the needs of those we care for and the needs of the outstanding people who wear our yellow uniforms.”

The best local people providing the best local care and always making a difference to peoples lives.
